Padded jacket for babies and toddlers

Such a soft and cozy jacket. We ordered size 18 months. Fits well but the sleeves are very long. The wrist strap is enough for me to pull/tie the sleeves and they stay up for easy play, but after a while the sleeves will be in my kid's arms. We kept the jacket because it's so cozy and soft and thought maybe the long sleeves would help to keep little hands warm. I wish it had a hood like the big kid version.
