My wife used another product from this company for sensitive skin. It has been discontinued and this product has been recommended. The product significantly worsened her condition. We contacted the company and although they asked and questioned everything about their health, age, skin condition etc. and then admitted that this was a product designed for their needs, they did not offer a refund. This is an expensive product that has been used a few times and they get reviews that it doesn't work. They should have offered a refund.
