It is immediately apparent that some capsules were opened upon delivery. The packaging is small and handy. The pots are easy to work with, just put one straight into the washing machine with soap. I used to use fluffy laundry beads on my duvets and towels for added fragrance. And I love the lightness and comfort of cuddle capsules. However, after using about half a pack (for 10 loads), I noticed that the smell didn't linger after the drying step. The washing machine smells really nice and I have to say the extract from the dryer vent smells nice too, but once the items are taken out of the dryer there is no smell at all. So I'm not sure, or is that why I would continue to buy this product if it does absolutely nothing but says it does?
