I followed the instructions verbatim, but I couldn't get the foil to stay on the watch. The problem is that the foil needs to be wet to work and dry to stick (and the curved edges of the dial complicate matters). If the foil moves even a little while drying, it will fall off immediately (and this happened to me twice because I was trying to glue the foil to the curved edges). So I decided to speed drying (while the film was still damp) with a low wattage personal heater and it seems to have worked. Now the film is holding and so far it looks normal. However, the watch no longer reacts to touch, even without a film. Perhaps the situation will improve as the film dries. I'll wait and see first.
