The hole in the bottom of the ceramic dripper is too big! I put the filter in place, added coffee grounds, then poured hot water. The filter slipped through the hole and broke, and all the coffee grounds ended up in my mug. I've tried several times with the same result and without a cup of coffee! I found this drip useless and have not used it again. I think the hole should be much smaller and maybe rectangular instead of round.
