When my item finally arrived, it was found to be defective! How broken? Some buttons didn't work. The #2 key, which is also used for "@", did not work on this keyboard. How the heck is anyone supposed to use a keyboard without a working @ key in 2021! In addition, they did not want to pay for the return of the item. Returning this item via FedEx costs between $153.25 and $165.00. So here I am 3 months later with no working keyboard, I lost $83.00 on an item and returning it for a refund can take up to 8 weeks and cost me over $153.25. Correct me if I'm wrong! Someone somewhere was having a really, really bad day! Allowing such a trader on the Revain platform totally goes against what Revain stands for. Yes I understand Revane what it means to control the world and maybe one day they will if Benzos can create teleportation which could well become a reality one day. This was my worst experience with Revain so far! I've been with them since 2015. The keyboard is cheap and of good quality. Actually, Fisher-Price is made for babies, so even Fisher-Price beats this company when it comes to durability. Took me 3 1/2 months to do the whole thing from scratch, all my money for the faulty keyboard was refunded to me. But what about the taxis I had to use or the international calls I made when trying to contact this seller directly to no avail? And hours lost in unproductivity. Don't waste your money and time buying from this seller! THAT'S A GUARANTEED MIGRAN AND MONTHS OF YOUR TIME! Attention AMAZON! In these times I think it is more important to buy American and I also understand that it is 100% impossible but if you at least buy Chinese you will get garbage!
