I like that it allows me to see my customers in real time, which can be difficult when you do not live locally to your customers. I dislike that most of the times, my team will have no idea who they are talking about because we do not have access to their phone number or email address. This makes it hard for us to track them down if they need something right away. I would say this tool has helped our team grow and become more efficient. It also allows us to connect with customers on a one on one basis rather than sending out emails and waiting for responses.
