The ability of generating automated emails in addition with sending SMS is really great! It's also very easy-to use dashboard allows me have all my information related about each customer directly from one place instead going through email/SMS system separately! I would like that there are more templates available so as we can customize our own campaigns better than just using prebuilt ones offered by Bazoo platform (e g : Email template). Also having an option where users could send sms without making any payment at first time will help us get new leads faster because majority people don't want pay upfront before even knowing if they'll be interested enought :) Great tool allowing marketing team member who doesnot need technical knowledge nor high IT skills but still able perform his job effectively while automating some processes.
