This bag would have gotten 5 stars for top notch laptop organization and easy storage if it weren't so durable. I used it once on a trip. , and for the last 1.5 months I've been using it 3 times a week. According to Bild, after this very light use, the front cover began to fall apart. I sent a warranty request, heard nothing, not even a confirmation email. I then contacted Slappa to find out and heard nothing for several days. I love this bag and will do my best to fix it myself. Don't take this company's guarantee seriously, they even refuse to answer emails.* UPDATE: I finally heard from someone who helped me get a new bag cover. Unfortunately, or maybe fortunately, the bag was discontinued. The new front flap has all the design flaws of the old front flap, so I plan to find someone with a sewing machine to curb the forced sewing. Many thanks to Jacob from customer service, he is doing his best.
