This is great! I used it on my new front leg grip surfboard instead of dirty wax (I already had a rear leg grip pad). It has perfect grip and my foot doesn't slip at all. It's like foam, so it's soft and has a slight cushioning effect. When your knee hits it, it's soft and not scratchy at all. It doesn't scratch your stomach, its foam is soft but very grippy so you can't slide your body across the board to adapt to the wave. I'm buying another one for a few extra spots where my back foot and arms keep slipping off because I don't want messy wax. You can easily cut it into any shape or size you want with scissors.
