The product worked well as stated in my review but the blu-tooth function and microphone were not as advertised. The headset showed up as a paired device with my phone. It only worked a few days and died. The internal battery was fully charged at the time of use. I tried to use it for a call, during the call the microphone and bluetooth failed. As a result, the called party did not hear me and hung up before I had time to pick up the headset and make the call myself. It also happened when I was listening to music. The device did not switch from the phone to itself. I would not recommend this article to anyone who absolutely needs access to a wireless call. Good for wire use. At least it worked well enough and hasn't let me down so far.
