I love this! It makes me SWEAT! I am literally drenched in sweat. I burn more calories and fat by wearing this. I simply go for walks or do housework and it makes me sweat. I am 5’ 4” and weight 160 pounds. I got the XL and I wish I had gone a size down.The only thing is that it is kind of lumpy-looking if you other it too big; and the zipper at the top bothers my skin if I zip it up all the way. However, if I leave it open at the top a little bit it is just fine.
