Calming and relaxing
I'm 6ft 3in, 210# and bought 60" x 80" 17#. This works fine on my Split King site. I put this comforter over the duvet cover with a comforter. Crucially, this duvet has loops on each corner to tie in the corners of the duvet cover. This combo is heavy and warm! Heaviness is definitely calming and relaxing, and while it may not be a complete cure for waking up at 3am at a frantic pace, it's definitely worth trying in your sleep improvement regimen.
