I recently bought this and it is a very well made product. The waist is elastic so it stretches from 21.65" to 31.88" so it will fit anyone with that waist range. It has an apron-like design, so you really can't wear it without a tank top. The design is very cute and clear; I was afraid it would be blurry. Very good :)
