The staff was extremely friendly right off-the bat! They made us feel completely comfortable about not only their knowledge but also what they were willing go above & beyond for me (even booking flights!).

I really liked that one agent had been working there longer than most others - she answered all my questions honestly even when we did have some differences regarding how things should be done or communicated between ourselves via eDocs vs phone conversations etc.. It just felt like everything ran more smoothly thanks very much!!
