This wheel was redesigned and then sold under the same UPC/SKU code as the previous model. With the same hub length, the plastic hub offset is now smaller. The old model had a 13/32" plastic hub extension and the new model has a 3/16" plastic hub extension. Depending on the length of your axis; You may need tire spacers to clear the frame of the hand truck.
