Great integration into many other tools along w/ great support
The best thing about this tool is that it has an easy to use dashboard with all of your shipping data in one place so you don't have to search through different spreadsheets or apps for multiple sources. One downside, we've had some issues with their customer service team as they are often quite slow at responding. I highly recommend trying out freightflow! It's helped us save time by being able to see where our shipments stand within the supply chain and also helps keep track of when customers make payments (we're using the payment module).

Cons
- As mentioned above there can be times were support isn’t quick enough but overall its been very helpful.
- Also wish more carriers supported exporting orders directly from freighf flow
- If only Fedex would work better than UPS which seems like such bad luck lately..I know everyone gets frustrated sometimes too though :)It works well otherwise tho!!
