Emmy package arrived very quickly thanks to Amazon Prime. The product was undamaged, everything was very well packed. First impression - excellent quality, not cheap. No chemical smell or missing parts. I built it myself in about 30 minutes with no help, and it came with all the tools. The guide was very well done and the directions and diagrams were clear! Looks great. He's quite tall, I'm 4'11" and he's about my height. See if my boys use it though because they're cats outside, but so far I'm loving it!
