I was delighted with this product. But I have to say I was a bit disappointed. What I like about it: 1. Cable rotates 360 degrees.2. Does not burn the head.3. There is a place on the top for you to hold it and it won't get hot so you won't get burned.4. heating settings. What I didn't like: 1. Hair gets caught in the bristles very easily. This is how you spend half the time detangling your hair. The comb needs to be twisted out of the hair, it won't just slip out. 8 times out of 10, the ends look curly. I personally find that my straightener curls my hair better than this comb.
