The headset surprised me. At first glance it looked a bit clumsy and heavy. I was very surprised as it is very comfortable to wear all day (I wear the headset to work most days). The headset is light and fits well in the ear. Initially I thought the bulky part of the battery would be a problem. No, that is not so. Overall it's light and comfortable. I hear calls and music with no problems. Volume controls are easily accessible. I like that there is a separate mute button. The sound quality is very good. I connect to iPhone X and iPad. I have no problems and I really like it. I love that there is a physical button that can be "pressed" to turn them on and off and answer calls. I prefer this to touch induction keys. The battery life seems to be good. In standby mode, it works for a long time. I'm typically on the phone 4-5 hours a day and usually charge my headset when I'm not working. I haven't run out of battery life. A fully charged headset lasts all day. I sometimes switch ears just to have a little variety. With this lightweight headset, I can barely tell it's on my ear. Remember I wear the headset all day. So I'm pretty used to them. I love that there is a pair of separate earbuds that fit the headset into your ear canal. This makes the headset a little more comfortable than others I've tried. Everything fits in the case. I even folded the instructions, cord and extra earbuds when I put them in. It's semi ribbed and won't pinch. Maybe too bulky for the pocket; however, it fits nicely in a pocket or purse. The case protects the headset when travelling. The first semi-rigid headset I've seen (although I wasn't actively looking for it). If I lose the headset, the case can be used for other small things. I think it's kind of a bonus. Worth trying for about $20. With a very good headset you won't break. Overall this is a good purchase and I would buy it again if I lost it. In general, sound, comfort and quality are very good.
