Also very useful as a safe storage container in the car. Velcro straps tighten the top and bottom of the tanks. There is a small loop for the cannula as well as a zip pocket and a carrying handle. I bought 3 of these for my D tanks. The top sticks out so you can easily place the regulator and keep track of usage. An excellent buy in the sea of not well designed items. This is the one you want!
