Impulse Platform provides seamless connectivity between my business systems
We use impulsion 4 for all of our integrations with Salesforce, Xero, Marketo etc to provide data feeds into these platforms in real time as well as automated workflows. The team is highly responsive when it comes to requests or helpdesk tickets which I have found to be an essential part of any integration platform we are using! There really isn't anything that makes me dislike this product - great customer service & support, fast responses via ticketing system (this has made life so much easier!), very friendly staff at events where they come out from behind their desks & engage with customers face-to-face rather than just by email/ticketing).

- Excellent responsiveness around issues raised over emails / ticket systems.
- Always willing take extra steps within your requirements even if small ones e.g changing how certain features work slightly differently depending upon business rules.
- Highly supportive sales guys who like being able offer solutions beyond basic functionality provided
