Love it ❤️ Just arrived about 2 hours ago and already so in love. Assembly took about 20-30 minutes, very easy. The instructions weren't very thorough, especially towards the end. It had more detail than the instructions say, and the last step (the third level) doesn't make sense. The direction for the stairs doesn't make sense either, and two pieces are missing. The parts were in the box. However, if you have common sense, you can figure everything out quickly. It's really stable/durable. It came out of the box looking a little dirty but then I realized it was just sisal rope on the black fur. My cat is still scared of him. I keep putting it on and she looks around like she's curious but doesn't stop there. Now she is lying on the floor next to him. Not on the bottom level, but on the tile next to it. 🙄 for $75 I hope she overcomes that fear. She has already played with the mouse! I almost thought it was too big for part of the small house but it fits really well with it and the tunnel. I don't know how a really big cat would handle that. This month she turned 1 year old, so she is not small and not very big. She left white fur on him as soon as she rubbed her back against him. She's always climbing and hiding in everything, that's why I bought her. As long as it's approved for humans, I hope my cat will grow it too.
