Stretchy, sweater-like material that's shorter than most uniform skirts.
My daughter and I love the skirt. It's a sweater-like material, a little stretchy and soft. IMO the fit was true to size. I'm giving it 4 stars because it's new and has only been washed once. I will update my review after I put it on/wash it.
