So, first things first. Drop the instructions. They are awful and not worth the ink wasted in printing. SilverStone chose to enlarge the pin connections and they didn't use a high-resolution image, so everything is blurry and distorted in the manual that comes with it. You can actually google for a clear image and use that instead of the wasteful kindling they threw in the box. (Maybe extra padding?) Once you figure out the right pins, the installation gets SLOW. If anything, it's a five minute job. (Well, depending on your PC layout. If you need to move components/wires it will take a little longer.) 1.) Disconnect the front panel cable (power/reset) and connect it directly to the board. .2.) Connect the included Y-cable to the pins where the front panel cable just went so you can use the case's physical buttons as well. 3.) Connect your device to the front panel USB port on the front panel. MOBO.4.) Connect the USB cable to another port or use the included adapter. Ready. But before you start, make sure your MOBO allows USB power supply when it is off or in sleep mode. Make sure it has an S3 setup before running it. Otherwise, you can do all the manual work. Even the battery is included! One touch power on and off, no waiting or fuss, even the reset button works instantly. No lag, no gray zone/middle. It either works or it doesn't, even less hassle in that department. I highly recommend this if you have a desktop PC, especially one used as an HTPC. Sometimes you need to restart but can't find your mouse or keyboard (if it's wireless), this little clicker comes in handy.
