A few things I noticed while trying on: 1. The fabric is thin but soft and reminds me of a 6 year old t-shirt. Since I wear it under my regular shirt, it doesn't bother me much, so I don't see it as a disadvantage.2. The XXL's sleeves appear to be longer than most. I'm 6'3, 255 and thought I needed XXL when I usually get XL size. It's not as thin as I planned. I should have bought XL. The shirt may shrink a little when washed.3. The collar piping is very narrow and tends to roll up. All in all, it's an improvement over the traditional crew-neck t-shirts you buy in 3-packs at a big department store, but not by much. It can also be worn without a top, just make sure you choose the right size.
