All USB ports are dead after a few months of use

It's been a little over a few months since I've been using this surge protector and all the USB ports are dead and none of them work anymore. Pooh! At first I thought it was just a USB port, but then I tried them all and none worked! It's just crap! Find another surge protector elsewhere!
