Tracks are very flimsy and cheap feeling. They fit together but don't feel very secure.The train engine itself is heavily weight biased towards the battery pack in the rear, and as such tips backwards easily and runs off the track. All of the cars are extremely cheap plastic and come off the tracks very easily.I bought this because I imagined a train running around the base of our tree. Instead I got hours of frustration trying to find a way to make this cheap plastic turd work. Save your time and money and skip this trains set - I would pay more for one that was higher quality and actually stayed on the tracks.
