I like how easy this tool is for my business. It's so simple that anyone can use without any training at all! The only thing i dislike about index is when you try using other people in your organization as an attendee they don't have access to their records or meetings unless someone from outside helps them get set up first which isn't always possible. That being said if those issues were fixed then there would be no reason not to love index. We are able to quickly connect with our customers through video conferencing making customer service easier than ever before. The ability to have an instant messaging system in place without having to install any software is great! There are times when I am unable to find something that is being asked about or needs to be resolved but there is no way for me to communicate this issue because we don't use email. We use Slack as our main communication tool so if someone was not online at the time I could send them a message through my profile page which would show up once they log back into their computer later on.
