Easy-to Use Call Tracking Software That Can Be Customized

The alerts are easy to read, they're short but informative so I don't have to spend time reading them if it's not something important. They can be customized per account as well which is nice for us in our small business setting where we only need one person monitoring each client at once (no team members). It would also help with billing purposes of knowing what calls were made by whom when who was logged into their computer. There could definitely use some more options/features added such as being able to customize how often emails get sent out etc. However this isn't too much of issue since there really aren't any major downsides other than maybe adding new features here and then testing them before implementing across all accounts. We've been using squidalerts over 3 years now and haven't had many issues along those lines. As stated above, the ability to add additional users without having multiple people logging into different computers has helped solve problems related to.
