Best tool in monitoring computer issues

The best thing about pagerduty is that it has a great support team. They are very friendly and helpful. I love how easy it is to set up alerts and how customizable they can be. It's also nice that you can have multiple users for each alert. Sometimes my notifications get mixed up or don't go out at all. I have had this happen with other software as well but not as much with pagerduty. Be mindful of the amount of notifications you want to receive. If you want to know if your phone service will…

An excellent way to check in and troubleshoot all aspects of computer related issues

I like that you can set up alerts for different types or severity levels which helps keep me informed when there are things going wrong with our systems at work! It's also easy enough so anyone who knows how computers/internet works will be able figure it out quickly without needing any training from us techies!! Nothing really - just make sure your internet connection has some kind reliability as sometimes we have had trouble logging into pagingduty during peak times etc but this could…

PagerDuty - Easy way of organizing employees

I like the ability to assign a ticket to a team member. I also like that it is easy to create new teams and assign them to tickets. I dislike that it is not as easy to assign a ticket to a specific person. I would like to be able to assign a ticket to a specific person. It is easy to assign tickets to a team member. I dislike that I cannot assign tickets to a specific person. I would like to be able to assign tickets to a specific person. It has helped me be more organized with my work routine

Great Software For Monitoring And Notifying On Events

The ability to create rules and get alerts for specific events is awesome. The ability to schedule tasks to be run at times that are convenient for me is great. I also like that I can set rules that can be linked to other actions, so that I can get notified but still be able to work on other stuff at the same time. I also like that it is free, you don't need a lot of resources to have it running. I wish that there was more of a way to customize the dashboard and make it more user friendly. I…
