Review on PagerDuty by Brody Jacobs

The best thing about pagerduty is that it has a great support team. They are very friendly and helpful. I love how easy it is to set up alerts and how customizable they can be. It's also nice that you can have multiple users for each alert. Sometimes my notifications get mixed up or don't go out at all. I have had this happen with other software as well but not as much with pagerduty. Be mindful of the amount of notifications you want to receive. If you want to know if your phone service will work during certain times of the day, then pagerduty is great! We have been able to track our server status throughout the day so we can make sure everything is working.
