Review on PagerDuty by Mike Bigglesworth

The ability to create rules and get alerts for specific events is awesome. The ability to schedule tasks to be run at times that are convenient for me is great. I also like that I can set rules that can be linked to other actions, so that I can get notified but still be able to work on other stuff at the same time. I also like that it is free, you don't need a lot of resources to have it running. I wish that there was more of a way to customize the dashboard and make it more user friendly. I would like to be able to filter by types of events. I also would like to be able to create rules with more than 1 event. I use it to alert myself when things are not working the way they should be. It makes sure that I do not miss anything that is important. The best thing about pagerduty is that it's not just for one person but can be used by multiple persons as well. It has a great interface which makes things easy for me while using this product. I have no complaints with anything regarding this software so far. If you are looking out for something like this then definitely go ahead with it because there isn't much competition available at present. This tool helps us keep track of our work schedule very easily.
