Review on PagerDuty by Lawrence Reuter

I like the ability to assign a ticket to a team member. I also like that it is easy to create new teams and assign them to tickets. I dislike that it is not as easy to assign a ticket to a specific person. I would like to be able to assign a ticket to a specific person. It is easy to assign tickets to a team member. I dislike that I cannot assign tickets to a specific person. I would like to be able to assign tickets to a specific person. It has helped me be more organized with my work routine by giving me tasks for each day I have scheduled at certain times or even when something comes up during that particular shift/day which helps. The only issue would probably arise if it was not as helpful as i thought since you are really helping yourself out so that you don't forget anything important but just go through your daily routines without forgetting any thing.
