I've had 3 knee surgeries and I'm in constant pain; wait for the insurance company to approve a knee replacement. I have at least 6 different types of braces including some that require a doctor's prescription. They don't fit properly, don't help with pain, or are just uncomfortable. I bought this case based on the reviews and it is the best bandage/sleeve I have! I've worn it twice to the amusement park where we've walked over 7 miles each time and had almost no pain at the end of the day. Normally my pain would be 10+ and now it's only 2-3! The sleeve has enough support for my knee with elastic bands that stay in place even when walking and wearing under athletic leggings. I have some rolling down my thigh but it's not uncomfortable and the sleeve still stays in place. I haven't had any breakouts or rashes from it yet. I ordered XXL based on the size chart and it fits perfectly.
