It took me a while to figure out how to pull the tabs off the ends of the velcro. But now I have to say, out of about 10 different braces, this one is the best. I feel so comfortable in it. I'm 135 pounds and medium height and it's perfect.

I have read several reviews that the knee pad runs small and is larger than what you normally order. I ordered XL. The sleeve is too big and doesn't offer the compression I need. I should have ordered the big one. We argue about whether it's worth returning.

This is a knee brace that can be worn under dress pants etc. It certainly doesn't offer as much support as a hard brace, but when you need something soft, you need it! Order one size larger, runs small. I love the crossed velcro straps. It will be great for travel. I wore it to lawn mowing and it was perfect. Washed well too. Just don't put it in the dryer. Much better than the regular knee pads I've bought before. Feel free to buy it!
