Review on BushingFix IM1KIT1 - Premium Replacement Kit for Automatic Transmission Shift Cable Bushing and Repair by Chris Cooper

I ordered this one because it looked easy and simple. The setup tool was kind of functional. I'm mechanical so I figured out how it works. The orange post broke when I tried to tighten it with pliers. The video shows that you need to move the pliers. I did just that and the orange pin broke in the process. The bushing is rubbery and soft, so installing the bushing was easy enough. Although careless. I pushed it onto the shifter on the transmission and it fell off slightly. I squeeze and wiggle the jack, hoping it will hold. It fits better but not tight and tight. The $30 product wasn't impressive. I will not order again. I would rather deal with the jury than spend $30 on a possible solution. I have a 2007 Yukon Denali.
