I cannot express how grateful I am that I found this product! I also have a WSH-C 125 version shower head and it turned my daughter's chlorine damaged hair back to silk! I've exhausted everything and after extensive research I found out what hard water can do to hair. Add our new pool and chlorine to the equation and her fine blonde hair turned to straw in 2 months. Now I don't smell bleach in her hair and after one wash her hair has changed. I was so shocked. I have a full view of this fight under a different showerhead. I myself have brown fine but coarse strands and my natural curl and texture of my hair has also greatly improved. It's softer than it's been in years. All harm and abuse will wash away. I decided to buy the tame version as well because the big Golden Retriever loves to find muddy puddles in the backyard. I was nervous seeing previous reviews with the mounting bracket but I found where they had changed it and improved the product. My husband installed this in 10-15 minutes including removing the old one. We have low water pressure and I was worried the filter would make it worse. The flow and pressure of both shower heads is better than my old ones! This is crazy and we left the flow restrictors in place! I actually have decent water pressure now and get hot water faster. It usually takes 4-5 minutes for our hot water to reach our bathroom and kitchen sink. I had hot water in 1:45 seconds. Kitchen Still a sore point I don't have any problems with the angle or the jet adjustment. That is hard? Of course. It's as heavy as my old hand without a filter! Luckily I don't have to try hand showering with it because I would make a huge mess! I like it when he bathes the dog in the mud for his premature somersaults and also cleans the shower. When I bathe my dog, the handle fits my hand well and is not heavy for me, it is the same as my previous one. The mount is nice and secure too. This is a high quality fixture. Whatever your shower head needs, you can order it with confidence. I'm glad I decided to try it. Don't be put off by the old reviews, they really improved the mount. That's great. Attractive, functional, amazing results and cheap filter change costs. Update 09/06/2016: My damaged hair no longer feels like straw. I had no idea that hard water could play such an important role! I attribute the texture and feel to regular use of highlights and color. I've been using the new shower heads for just under a month and unlike my daughter who transformed overnight, mine lasted longer and rightly so. My curls are under control and continue to improve. I've also noticed that he's starting to look a lot healthier. It doesn't look like straw anymore. To be honest I can't even remember my hair being soft due to the texture which has now changed so much that it's still surreal. My hair hasn't looked this thick in 20 years. Reminds me of the hair I had as a kid. I also watched my daughter play volleyball that weekend and as I sat on the top tier I noticed that her hair was more shiny than any other girl's. It has a certain sheen that is easy to see and a large body. Products are not used. All the money I wasted on products and treatments and it's just a regular shower head. Wow.
