The plastic part holding the shower head broke in half rendering the entire unit unusable unless this part can be replaced. This is either a defective plastic mold or very poor quality plastic.

I can't talk about the benefits of this filter but please be very careful with that thing over your head or you'll have a baby. It's heavier than my 24 oz. frame hammer. At least it would be a good weapon. Needs a serious overhaul for a shower head though.

Love it! The different settings work great and the filter actually works very well! I was a little apprehensive when I first installed it. Various adjustments didn't work, and the mount couldn't support the weight of the shower head, causing it to keep tipping over.
