I bought these on July 31st and installed them as soon as they arrived. We struggled with hard water which resulted in skin and hair issues. The install went fine, not difficult, but I had some issues with the threads not matching initially. After installation it worked great for a while but within the first month we noticed a drop in water pressure. I flipped the filter, but that only added another month or so to the lifespan. We have been using this shower head for less than 3 months and the water pressure is so low we can barely shower. I am now ordering replacement filters but am very disappointed that the filter didn't last a little longer. The shower is not heavily used as there are only two people living in our house (and a child who bathes more often than showers, so really only ONE person showers a day). The shower head has also started to leak a bit around the body where it opens to change the filter.
