So far, so good. I only got the hand shower head two days ago but it seems to have made a difference in my hair and skin. I had major problems with dry skin and scalp. My skin was so dry that if I scratched my arm or back it would leave a scratch. My scalp was itchy, lots of dry patchy patches, and nothing seemed to help. I thought it might be the weather and using more heat. Or my age makes my skin drier. While I washed my hair once (every other day). Soft, the scalp does not bother! I don't feel any areas to say there were any growths. My whole skin is softened too. I hope he keeps getting better. It was very easy to install. A more confident person could probably install it in two minutes. I stopped a few times to watch Culligan's videos to make sure I was doing everything right, but I had no problems with it. No leaks! I don't know if this model still allows you to remove the flow restrictor like some people have said. It didn't look like the video so I didn't try it. It appeared that the purple was now a piece of plastic that could break. However, the flow in my soul is fine.
