At first I thought it was great. Hair and skin are much better after installation. Unfortunately, after a few months of use, it started making a terrible squeaking sound. After checking the plumbing to make sure that wasn't the problem, I found that I could stop the noise by turning the shower head a certain way. When the noise became more regular I replaced the filter and it ran for about 3 days with no noise. Now there are no adjustments that could be made to stop the noise, again with just this shower head and no other plumbing in the house. I can no longer shower with this thing because there is no rest. The noise immediately causes a headache. So I have a new filter and need to find a new shower head asap as I can't take it anymore! Will not buy again and DO NOT RECOMMEND.
