I have bought three of these filters over the years. I had one for probably ten years and eventually had to replace it as the lugs that let the water out were brittle and broke after so many years. I recently bought another one for my second bathroom. It's a bit heavy due to the filter in the head, but it's possible to use. It just takes some getting used to. I like that it softens the water. It reduces itching when showering, especially for my family members with dry skin. The filter is easy to install/replace and I've never had a problem changing the filter. There are three water settings, but I don't usually change them. Regular shower, softer and more airy setting, and hard massage setting. Overall I really like this shower head and as long as it lasts when the current ones need replacing (hopefully another 10 years) I would buy it again.
