I bought this for my Macbook Pro Retina 13" and the case is too roomy for me (like everyone else says). What someone said about it, that a macbook fits in a sleeve, along with the foam that originally came in the sleeve, applied to me too. I could probably fit a styrofoam and maybe even a notepad or a small novel. I don't have a hard case or anything, so it might fit better if you have a sleeve on your macbook it's my fault for not checking but actually i thought i'd buy a neoprene case which i don't believe it looks like neoprene but the material feels more stiff and foamy, less pliable and softer As the material is quite hard and the sleeve is big, I could also put my Macbook in the sleeve and it's nice shake if that makes sense. It's thicker than neoprene but decent without being too bulky and feels like it offers enough padding to carry around in a book bag. I was actually going to send it back to buy the Incase case but the return cost would pretty much equal the cost of the entire purchase. It's actually not bad but I definitely won't be buying again and if/when this case wears out or gets damaged I'll probably choose the Incase case.
