Fine, but I won't buy them again

Moral of the story: Macy's costs $15 plus tax to resize a watch that you didn't buy from them and if you're doing it yourself need to You 10 to 20 dollars of tools. So if you need a watch just go to Macy's (or other big retail store as most have that deal) it's cheaper, quicker and less of a hassle. The tool they provide does not match the tools (note the plural there) shown in the instructions and are difficult to use as you have to use the round end side to push out the pins (in the direction of the arrow, not against) . the arrow), and because it usually requires the use of a small hammer (when the pros do it) and the side you're going to hammer on has spikes. Yes, doesn't work well if you don't have a lot of dexterity and strength. If you try and fight back, he'll scratch his sides like crazy (and you could easily hurt yourself in the process). You can get a kit (a block of wood or plastic with slots on the side to hold the watch, a small hammer, and a long pin) or a pin puller (which looks like a block that you place your watch band on). . and it has a screw that pushes the pin out). So set aside an extra $10-$20 to have a professional do it, or buy the tools to do it yourself. Since the tool it comes with is feature rich, it's doubly bad for its intended purpose.
