The reception is poor compared to the factory-installed Sirius in the car.
My husband doesn't have the Sirius option in his truck so I bought him a docking station and antenna. However, I was very disappointed with the reception I get on the back street where we live comparing his truck to my factory Sirius which is installed in my car. He gets half the signal from the tram antenna that I get in my car. It either turns it off, then constantly. So disappointing. I noticed that Amazon offers a "Trucker" tram antenna for only $10 more. I ordered it.
