I'll check my rating of this kettle. What I wrote below was for the first 10 months. However, after 10 months of use, the lid handle came loose. There's no way to put it back on, and therefore no way to remove the lid to pour water inside. The kettle still looks nice but is completely unusable making this kettle very expensive! It certainly changed my mind and now I DO NOT RECOMMEND this kettle. Now I have to look for a new one - another one. I will definitely not buy this again! This teapot is beautifully designed with a sleek, modern look and is highly functional. The finish is beautiful and easy to clean. After more than a month of daily use, I can't find any rust anywhere. The water boils quickly and the whistle has just the right tone, not too soft and not too loud. The only downside is that the cover is difficult to remove and will require some effort to do so. but I think it's better than being too lost and bursting while someone pours boiling water. This kettle meets all my expectations and I will definitely buy it again.
