I think hair is worth it IF you know what you're doing. I installed it but it took me a while to figure out the service. My hair is a little damaged on top of my head (ghost) so I bought curly hair. I wouldn't recommend straightening them - not even blow drying them to keep them straight (which is what I was originally looking for). It took me three days to figure it out. It looks like my natural hair. So here's what I did: I mixed the see-through eco style with orange lettering and shae styling mousse. I braid my hair every night so maybe 4 tight braids starting with my real hair and ending with a braid. I apply the mixture all over my head but focus on the top because that's where I have trouble blending. I braid them at night, wake up every morning and go to the gym and then shower, the water washes and basically re-moistens the hair. (still weaving). When I finished getting ready for work, I untied my braid. I think it looks ok, but I find the length a little weird. I would have ordered a long time ago. I think I made 22, 20, 16 and then ordered 16, 14, 12. I have a big head so I need a 4th set. My hair is very thick, but since it tangles easily, I have to wipe it off every day. He sheds. I wouldn't recommend this hairstyle as an afro look, which is what I tried, it didn't look that pretty but maybe I did something wrong. This is also my first time doing a curly style and using this weave. So my recommendations are with a grain of salt. I posted a closeup so you can see my real hair after it was braided. I had it for about a month. I am neither excited nor disappointed. I think it looks really nice when finished but for someone who usually does barrel curls every 2 weeks this is a lot of work. The first two photos are framed. The third photo is a close-up of my hair trying to blend into the weave. The last photo - My nightly days of the week. I braid my real hair into a weave (usually 4 braids) with mousse. I don't pack it or anything like that. The last picture also shows the hair being brushed with a wig brush. And as you can see, there is no or minimal flake in this combination. Much luck!
