My gums bleed in spots. A few nights ago I spat up after brushing my teeth and noticed a light pink color in the bathroom sink. When it arrived I had a bottle of Dale Audrey's Himalayan Salt Water Rinse sitting on the bathroom counter, waiting for the moment I needed it and immediately reaching for it. I already have 2 and after getting them my dentist made me use a special mouthwash to help healing and prevent bacteria/germs/infection. I plan to ask him if I can use this conditioner instead this time. When I was little, my mom would let me gargle with warm salt water when my throat hurt. How I hate that. I hated it so much that when I grew up I refused to do it. Now when I have a sore throat I will use this gargle. I've already given my parents a bottle so they can benefit too. If you have problems with your teeth, try this mouthwash. Works very well and quickly. The price is reasonable considering you get 3 bottles and get results quickly.
