This case and keyboard are very comfortable to use. The keyboard can move depending on how you want to tilt the iPad screen. There are no ridges to hold the iPad in place when tilted, which could be better, but the leather is textured to prevent the iPad from slipping off when tilted for viewing. Pairing was easy. The keyboard lighting is good. I love it and didn't find it too difficult. It's heavy enough to protect it from a lot of abuse. I don't know if magnets are suitable for auto shut off. i just got it There is a loop for a pencil holder, but the IPencil .pencil may be magnetized and sits on top.
